About HKHAIS
Building Hong Kong's healthcare AI community
The Hong Kong Healthcare Artificial Intelligence Society (HKHAIS) is a community dedicated to advancing the responsible use of artificial intelligence in healthcare across Hong Kong.
Why Hong Kong needs this community
Hong Kong's healthcare system faces rising demand, workforce pressures, and rapid technological change. AI offers meaningful opportunities — from clinical decision support to operational efficiency — but adoption must be grounded in safety, evidence, and local context. HKHAIS exists to bridge that gap.
